As we continue to struggle through these difficult, uncertain, and tragic times globally, it becomes difficult to find our spiritual/moral centers.

In today’s episode, we talked with Rabbi Bradley Shavit Artson, a process philosopher, theologian, and higher education leader, on spirituality and higher education during the pandemic. We explore questions such as:

  1. What does pastoral/spiritual support look like in these difficult times?
  2. What is our role as teachers, educators, scholars, and activists in helping each other address injustice while taking care of ourselves and others?
  3. What lessons does the pandemic offer for seminaries and other spiritual/religious centers of higher learning?

We explore these questions and more through the lens of the Jewish wisdom tradition, ending with a reflection on the recent anniversary of the Warsaw Ghetto uprising.
