Individualized Project-Based for Promising Regional Students
NAB can provide guidance and planning to:
- Create individualized project-based learning courses, with potential micro-credentials, for promising underserved regional high schoolers as a recruitment stream for your institution.
- Plan programming relevant to your institutional context and history, for independent and individualized learning.
- Recruit and support faculty, staff, and colleges students to oversee project-based learning.
Individualized learning courses will:
- Frame a question, define a problem or identify a subject in which the high school student has a deep interest.
- Develop activities and projects the student will pursue in addressing those areas of interest.
- Pursue the project with the support and guidance of mentors.
- Have students earn one or more college credits or micro-credentials for their independent learning project.
